Cod/Haddock

My mother always made this growing up. I still love it to this day. You can use cod or haddock.

Ingredients
  • Cod or Haddock
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of milk

Directions

  1. Put the butter, flour, and cup of milk in a saucepan.
  2. Heat until thick over medium heat.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Put the fish into a baking dish and pour the sauce on top.
  5. Bake the fish for 35 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
