Grandma Marie C's Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound ground lean pork
  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 5 slices of dry bread soaked in water and then squeezed dry
  • 3 tablespoons of ramano cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • add water if necessary
  • parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce


Directions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Fry each meatball in a pan over medium heat until brown.
  3. Put the meatballs in a large pot with sauce and cook on high for 30 minutes.
