This recipe can be located here. It is also located on page 35 of Cooking for 2 - Fall 2008 issue. I have altered it slightly.

Ingredients
  • 1 package of pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup of whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Brown the pork chops in a nonstick skillet with the butter.
In a small bowl mix together the apples and cranberry sauce.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the apple and cranberry sauce mixture into the baking dish.
In a small bowl mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it over the apple/cranberry sauce mixture.
Place the pork chops on top.
Cover and bake until the pork chops reach 160 degrees and the apples are tender. Depending on the thickness of your pork chops this could take from 30-50 minutes.
