This recipe comes from the December 26, 2008 issue of AllYou. It is located on page 130. Below I have posted directions for changing it into a single serving recipe.

Ingredients
3 cups of whole milk
8 oz of white chocolate chopped
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions
Warm the milk in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk occasionally.
Heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate.  Whisk until melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla and transfer to mugs.
Topped with whipped cream.

Single Serving

Ingredients
1 cup of whole milk (I used skim)
2 oz of white chocolate chopped
a dash of vanilla

Follow the directions listed above.
